As the summer months approach I've got to say, I'm looking forward to more raw foods! Last year I did two months on just raw foods and felt so ALIVE, needing less sleep, my body was more lean and I felt GREAT! I did have a few challenges with some superfoods that my body reacted to with a cough for some time, however, knowing that now I am prepared to do things a bit different. There are many salads, dressings, wraps, smoothies, desserts to make....Yummy!
